Распространённая схема трансформации путём нитрификации с последующей денитрификацией характеризуется рядом проблемных вопросов, которых удаётся избежать, используя для удаления азотистых соединений высшие водные растения – плейстофиты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Removal of nitrogen compounds from contaminated water of Recirculating Aquaculture Systems is the most critical process in the entire complex of facilities for water renovation and re-use.
