Both Belarusian and foreign scientists and specialists are invited to present their papers in the collection of scientific papers, as well as in co-authorship with representatives of foreign scientific centers.

III. The article should have the following structure:

  1. Index according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC); initials and surnames of authors; the full name of the institutions where the authors work, indicating the city and country; article title.
  2. Abstract (author's resume) of 150–250 words should briefly present the results of the work and be understandable, also out of context; should be informative, well-structured (one of the options for writing an abstract is a brief review of the structure of the article, including an introduction, aims and objectives, methods, results, conclusions).
  3. Key words - a set of words that present the content of the text in terms of the object, scientific field and research methods; the recommended number of keywords is 5–10.
  4. Then the metatext data (that precedes the main text of the article) is given in English, and the abstract must be original (i.e. not be a literal translation of the Russian (Belarusian) abstract). If the article is in English, the above data is given in Russian (Belarusian).
  5. The main text of the article should be 10-16 pages (i.e. 14 thousand characters); including tables and figures, the total number of which should not exceed 10. The material presented must be clearly structured: introduction, aims and objectives, methods, results, conclusions. In the introduction, it is recommended to present a detailed or brief overview of the latest world achievements on the stated topic, published in sources indexed in international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, with links to them in the list of sources used, and also indicate the originality of the study. In Russian- and Belarusian-language articles, captions should be made in two languages - Russian (Belarusian) and English.
  6. The list of used sources in Russian (Belarusian) is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus (GOST 7.1-2003). The cited literature is given in a general list as it is mentioned, references in the text are given by a serial number in square brackets (eg, [1]); references to unpublished works are not allowed.
  7. Then there is a list of cited sources in the Roman alphabet (“References”) with the following structure: authors (transliteration), title of the article in transliteration [translation of the title of the article into English in square brackets], title of the Russian-language source (transliteration) [translation of the title source into English], imprint with notation in English. Transliteration of Russian-language names is performed according to the BSI standard (https://translit.net/ru/bsi).

The examples were prepared based on the materials of the methodological recommendations  “Editorial preparation of scientific journals for inclusion in foreign citation indexes" by O. V. Kirillova (http://elsevierscience.ru/files/kirillova_editorial.pdf).
